How long does it take to ship the item?

At RCSPR we strive to deliver the best customer service experience possible. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How long does shipping take and what is the cost?

Shipping transit times vary based on the method of shipment and your location. You would be provided with an estimate in number of days while placing your order allowing you to choose the method of shipment that will best fit your needs. We currently ship via USPS and in some cases deliver to your business or mailing address directly.

Returns and Exchanges

We know that we make the most awesome feeling sports apparel on earth. However, nothing is perfect, and we understand that. We want your purchasing experience to be the best with Running and Cycling Sporstwear Puerto Rico. We can exchange or refund your purchase as long as it is returned within 20 days. We do notprovide return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

How do you retund the product?

You could simply send it back to us, addressed to “Running and Cycling Sportswear Puerto Rico” at our corporate address. Be sure to include a note stating your order number as well as instructions on whether the product is a return or an exchange. If the product is an exchange, please to include what you would like it exchanged for, and if it’s a return, the reason why you are returning it. How long does it take to process the return?

It generally takes 10 – 15 business days to process a return or exchange after we have received it.
